EPIC Okanagan arrives at the Laurel Packinghouse in Kelowna on Friday, November 6, 2026, for an evening of live competition, inventive cocktails, and delicious paired bites

Competing bartenders will live-mix on stage for the judges, each presenting their cocktail in pursuit of the 2026 Most EPIC Bartender title. Guests won't just watch the battle — they'll taste it. Attendees receive a sample glass and plate to visit each competitor's table, try every cocktail and its paired bite, and then vote for their favourites.

This year's competing bartenders are Kristen Owerko, Bar Manager at Olympia Greek Taverna; Monica Farrar-Germaine of Broken Anchor Kitchen and Catering; Cory Ellis of Derricks Steakhouse; Molly Tarrant of Cabin Kitchen & Bar; Nathan O'Byrne, General Manager of Skinny Duke's Glorious Emporium; Harry Dosanj of Bar Travelling Man; and Kayla Heddle of Oak + Cru Social Kitchen & Wine Bar.

Awards will include Judges Choice Cocktail, People's Choice Cocktail, and People's Choice Best Bite, with winners announced that night. The evening also features DJ music to keep the energy high.

Proudly presented by Simps Modern Beverage and Luckhurst Farm & Distillery, EPIC Okanagan brings together local bartenders, restaurants, and beverage makers for a celebration of Okanagan flavour and creativity. Each cocktail is built around at least one Luckhurst Distillery spirit and one Simps syrup, paired with a savoury bite designed to complement the drink.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m.

This is a 19+ event.

Don't miss your chance to cheer on your favourite bartender, taste every creation, and help decide who takes home the honours. With only a few tickets left, now is the time to secure yours.
